How to apply Singapore visa for foreigners living in China?
1. Determine if You Need a Visa
Check if you need a visa to enter Singapore by referring to the list of countries that require a visa. If you hold a passport from one of the following countries you will need to apply for a visa before your trip

2. Choose Your Application Method
You can apply for a Singapore visa through one of the following methods
Through an Authorised Visa Agent
 
The Singapore Embassy in Beijing and ConsulatesGeneral in Chengdu Guangzhou Shanghai and Xiamen have ceased walkin visa applications. You must submit your visa application through an Authorised Visa Agent
. The visa fee in China is standardised at RMB 300 inclusive of the visa processing fee and service charge.
Through a Local Contact in Singapore
 
If you have a local contact in Singapore who is a Singapore Citizen or Permanent Resident with a SingPass account they can submit your visa application online through the SAVE system on the Singapore Immigration  Checkpoints Authority ICA website.
3. Prepare Required Documents
Gather the necessary documents for your visa application
Valid passport with at least six months validity beyond your planned departure from Singapore.
Passportsized photograph 3.5cm x 4.5cm.
Completed visa application form Form 14A available on the ICA website.
Proof of financial means to support yourself during your stay in Singapore
.
Confirmed onward or return tickets
.
Invitation letter from a Singaporean sponsor if applicable
.
4. Submit Your Application
Through an Authorised Visa Agent
 
Submit your application and documents to the Authorised Visa Agent. They will process your application and notify you of the outcome
.
Through a Local Contact in Singapore
 
Your local contact can submit the application online and print a copy of your eVisa if approved
.
5. Pay the Visa Fee
The visa fee is RMB 300 in China inclusive of the visa processing fee and service charge
. Payment methods may include cash or bank transfer
.
6. Wait for Processing
The processing time for a visa application is generally 3 to 5 working days from the submission of all required documents to the Authorised Visa Agent
. Some applications may take longer.
7. Collect Your Visa
If your application is approved you will receive an eVisa. You can collect your eVisa directly from the Authorised Visa Agent or check its status on the ICA website using your visa application reference number and travel document number
. It is strongly recommended to print out and bring your eVisa when traveling to Singapore
.

It is advisable to apply at least three weeks before your planned departure to allow for any delays
