请至少提前一天取消或改期预约，当日取消不予接受，敬请谅解。
信息准确性至关重要：
请仔细选择正确的签证类别，并确保所有信息如Web文件编号准确无误。遗憾的是一旦预约完成无法修改信息，任何错误均需重新预约新的时段。
缺席预约：
若未能按时出席或文件不齐全，可于次日重新预约视名额情况而定。请注意，连续两次缺席预约可能导致一个月内无法再次预约。

Cancellation Policy
 Kindly cancel or reschedule your appointment at least one day in advance as sameday cancellations are not permitted.
Accuracy is Essential 
Please carefully select the correct visa category and ensure all details e.g. webfile number are accurate.
Unfortunately we cannot amend details after booking and any errors will require you to book a new slot.
Missed Appointments 
If you miss your appointment or have incomplete documents you may book a new slot the next day subject to availability. 
Please note missing two consecutive appointments may restrict booking for one month.
