泰国人来华签证如何办理？
一、中国和泰国关系现状：
中泰齐心，命运与共  I. Current Status of Relations between China and Thailand China and Thailand work together with one heart sharing a common future
1975年7月1日，中国与泰国建立外交关系。2001年8月，两国政府发表《联合公报》，就推进中泰战略性合作达成共识。2012年4月，两国建立全面战略合作伙伴关系。2013年10月，两国政府发表《中泰关系发展远景规划》。2017年9月，两国签署《中华人民共和国政府和泰王国政府关于共同推进“一带一路”建设谅解备忘录》。2019年11月，两国发表《中华人民共和国政府和泰王国政府联合新闻声明》。2022年11月，两国发表《中华人民共和国和泰王国关于构建更为稳定、更加繁荣、更可持续命运共同体的联合声明》，并签署《中华人民共和国政府与泰王国政府关于中泰战略性合作共同行动计划20222026》和《中华人民共和国政府与泰王国政府关于共同推进“一带一路”建设的合作规划》。2023年10月，两国发表《中华人民共和国政府和泰王国政府联合新闻公报》
2024年3月1日起，中国与泰国互免签证，4月23日，中国国家国际发展合作署与泰国国际合作署签署合作谅解备忘录。2025年2月，国家主席习近平在北京人民大会堂会见来华进行正式访问的泰国总理佩通坦，2025年是中泰建交50周年暨“中泰友谊金色50年”。
中泰两国领导人共同宣布建设了中泰命运共同体。中国是泰国最大贸易伙伴，泰国是中国在东盟国家中第三大贸易伙伴军事等领域的交流与合作稳步发展。
On July 1 1975 China and Thailand established diplomatic relations. In August 2001 the two governments issued a Joint
Communiqué reaching a consensus on advancing ChinaThailand strategic cooperation. In April 2012 the two countries established a comprehensive strategic cooperative partnership. In October 2013 the two governments issued the LongTerm Plan for the Development of ChinaThailand Relations. In September 2017 the two
countries signed the Memorandum of Understanding between the Government of the Peoples Republic of China and the Government of the Kingdom of Thailand on Jointly Promoting the Construction of the Belt and Road Initiative. In November 2019 the two governments issued the Joint Statement between the Government of the
Peoples Republic of China and the Government of the Kingdom of Thailand. In November 2022 the two countries issued the Joint Statement between the Peoples Republic of China and the Kingdom of Thailand on Building a More Stable Prosperous and Sustainable Community with a Shared Future and signed the ChinaThailand Strategic Cooperation Joint Action Plan 20222026 and the Cooperation Plan between the Government of the Peoples Republic of China and the Government of the Kingdom of Thailand on Jointly Advancing the Construction of the Belt and Road Initiative. In October 2023 the two governments issued the Joint Communiqué between the Government of the Peoples Republic of China and the Government of the Kingdom of Thailand. Starting March 1 2024 China and Thailand implemented a visaexemption agreement.
On April 23 the China International Development Cooperation Agency and Thailands Department of International Cooperation signed a Memorandum of Understanding on cooperation. In February 2025 President Xi Jinping met with Thai Prime Minister Paetongtarn at the Great Hall of the People in Beijing during her official visit to China. The year 2025 marks the 50th anniversary of diplomatic relations between China and Thailand celebrated as the Golden 50 Years of ChinaThailand Friendship. 
The leaders of the two countries jointly announced the establishment of a ChinaThailand community with a shared future. China is Thailands largest trading partner and Thailand is Chinas thirdlargest trading partner among ASEAN countries with steady development in exchanges and cooperation in areas such as military affair

Education and Healthcare Collaboration  
The 50th anniversary of diplomatic relations promotes educational exchanges with over 40 Thai prestigious universities holding matchmaking events in Guangzhou to advance cooperation in traditional Chinese medicine engineering and technology. 三、签证办理指南III. Visa Application Guide
一、确定签证类型
泰国人来华需根据访问目的选择合适的签证类型，常见的包括：
工作签证Z签证：适用于来华工作的人员，如IT工程师、商务管理者等。
学习签证X签证：适用于来华学习的学生，包括攻读学位和短期语言培训。
商务签证M签证：适用于来华进行商务活动的人员，如参加会议、洽谈业务等。
旅游签证L签证：适用于来华旅游的人员若符合免签条件则无需办理。
二、准备申请材料
根据所选签证类型，准备相应的申请材料，一般包括：
基础材料：
有效期6个月以上的护照原件空白签证页3页。
彩色打印的签证申请表需在线填写并签字，网址：https//consular.mfa.gov.cn/VISA/。
6个月内白底2寸彩照2张。
特殊材料：
工作签证Z签证：中国雇主出具的邀请函原件或传真件、单位派遣函、无犯罪记录证明、学历证明及体检证明部分使领馆可能要求。
学习签证X签证：录取通知书原件及《外国留学人员来华签证申请表》JW201/202表、资金担保证明如银行存款证明。申请X1签证长期学习需在入境后30日内申办居留证件。
商务签证M签证：中方公司出具的邀请函需包含经贸活动详情、费用承担方等信息、派遣函需包含申请人信息、职位、出访目的等。若非在国籍国申请，需提供合法停留或居留证明。
三、在线申请与递交材料
在线填写申请表：登录中国签证在线办理系统https//consular.mfa.gov.cn/VISA/，如实填写并提交申请表，上传符合要求的照片。
递交材料：网上初审通过后，无需预约即可前往中国驻泰国大使馆或签证申请中心递交护照及材料。
生物信息采集：需留存十指指纹未满14周岁或超过70周岁人员、持外交护照人员等可免采。
四、缴费与等待审批
缴费：根据签证类型及有效期缴纳签证费用如Z签证费用约2435元人民币起，含手续费。
审批时间：普通4个工作日，加急3个工作日含递交护照当日。加急服务需额外支付约1000元人民币/人的加急费。
五、领取签证与入境后手续
领取签证：审批通过后，凭取证单及缴费凭证领取护照及签证。
入境后手续：持Z签证或X1签证入境后，需在30日内向拟居留地公安机关申办居留证件。
六、注意事项
材料真实性：所有材料需真实、完整，虚假材料将导致拒签或入境受阻。
邀请函要求：邀请函需明确访问目的、时间、停留期、费用承担方等信息，并由邀请人亲笔签名电子签名无效。
免签政策：关注中国对泰国的免签政策，如符合免签条件如240小时过境免签、对特定国家试行免签政策等，则无需办理签证。
I. Determine the Visa Type
  
Thai nationals coming to China must select the appropriate visa type based on the purpose of visit. Common types include
Work Visa Z Visa For individuals coming to China for employment such as IT engineers or business managers.  
Study Visa X Visa For students coming to study in China including degree programs and shortterm language training.  
Business Visa M Visa For individuals engaging in commercial activities in China such as attending meetings or conducting business negotiations.  
Tourist Visa L Visa For individuals traveling to China for tourism not required if eligible for visafree entry.
II. Prepare Application Documents 
 
Prepare corresponding documents according to the selected visa type. General requirements include
Basic Documents  
 Original passport valid for at least 6 months with 3 blank visa pages.  
 Printed and signed visa application form to be completed online at https//consular.mfa.gov.cn/VISA/.  
 Two 2inch color photos with white background taken within the last 6 months.
Additional Documents  
 Work Visa Z Visa Original or faxed invitation letter from Chinese employer company dispatch letter criminal record clearance academic credentials and medical examination report may be required by some consulates.  
 Study Visa X Visa Original admission notice and Visa Application for Foreign Students Coming to China Form JW201/202 proof of financial support e.g. bank statement. For X1 visa longterm study apply for a residence permit within 30 days of entry.  
 Business Visa M Visa Invitation letter from a Chinese company must include details of trade activities and cost coverage dispatch letter including applicant’s information position and purpose of visit. If applying outside the country of nationality a valid residence or stay permit is required.
III. Online Application and Submission 
 
 Complete the Application Form Online Log in to the China Visa Online Application system https//consular.mfa.gov.cn/VISA/ to fill in and submit the form and upload a compliant photo.  
 Submit Documents After preliminary online review applicants may submit the passport and documents at the Chinese Embassy or Visa Application Center in Thailand without prior appointment.  
 Biometric Data Collection Ten fingerprints must be provided exemptions apply to applicants under 14 or over 70 years old and those holding diplomatic passports.
IV. Payment and Processing
 Payment Pay the visa fee according to visa type and validity e.g. Z visa costs start at approximately 2435 RMB including service fees.  
 Processing Time Standard processing takes 4 working days expedited processing takes 3 working days including the day of document submission. An additional fee of about 1000 RMB per person applies for expedited service.
V. Collect Visa and PostArrival Procedures
  
 Collect Visa After approval collect the passport and visa with the receipt and payment confirmation.  
 PostArrival Procedures Holders of Z or X1 visas must apply for a residence permit from the local public security bureau within 30 days of entry.
VI. Important Notes
  
 Document Authenticity All submitted documents must be genuine and complete. False documents may result in visa denial or entry refusal.  
 Invitation Letter Requirements The invitation letter must clearly state the purpose of visit duration intended stay period cost coverage and be personally signed by the inviter electronic signatures are invalid.  
 VisaFree Policies Stay informed about China’s visafree policies for Thai citizens. If eligible e.g. 240hour transit visa exemption or trial visafree arrangements for specific countries a visa is not required.
